About Author

Professor Nirmalya Kumar, currently with Singapore Management University and distinguished fellow at INSEAD, has previously taught at Columbia University, Harvard Business School, IMD (Switzerland), London Business School and Kellogg School of Management. As a consultant, he has worked with more than 50 Fortune 500 companies in 60 different countries as well as served on many prestigious board of directors. --This text refers to the hardcover edition.
